Internet Safety

Thank you for following our blog! We hope that you will leave us a comment or a question so that we can respond to you! Here are some basic blogging rules to follow when leaving us a comment.

  1. Please do not use last names that refer to students in the class. It's okay to write "Jasmine's Dad", or "Kyle's Grandma". This blog only includes first names of students in the class.
  2. Please do not post any personal information such as your email address, phone number, or house address.
  3. Use only positive, encouraging language. We all try our best, but our work looks different because we all have different abilities and strengths.  We are proud of our accomplishments so please give us lots of compliments and praise!
  4. As best as you are able, please model proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. As first graders, we are beginning writers and our posts are authentic. Watch us grow throughout the year and you will see how we improve our writing!
  5. If you see something that you feel should not be published to the world, please contact Mrs. Diaz immediately.
Mrs. Diaz moderates all comments for appropriate content before approving them to appear on this blog.
